RAMS CITY İSTANBUL

The project area is in Istanbul Province, Eyupsultan district, Topçular neighborhood; it is located at the intersection of O-3 and D-100 highways. Just outside the peninsula. The project site is located at the most central point of Istanbul and has high visibility through both the E-5 (D-100) and the TEM connection path (O-3). The amount of project area on the land is calculated as a field of 400,000 m² construction, 200,000 m² salable area, and 200,000 m² subfloor.

To achieve the highest efficiency in underfloor areas, a mixed project structure with various functions is planned. Residency and retail are the main functions. Underfloor areas that are not subject to rent or sale are considered as parking.
